- 1 1⁄2 oz Bacardi Coconut rum
- 1/4 oz Triple Sec
- 1⁄2 oz Bacardi 8rum
- 1 oz Monin Tiki
- 1⁄2 oz “Acerola” juice (Caribbean Cherry)
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Passion Fruit Puree
- 1 oz Fresh Lime
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- Mix all ingredients in to a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Serve into a tiki glass or tall glass.
- Garnish with pineapple and passion pearls.
