- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of cream of coconut
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1/2 oz. Rice Flour
- 1 1/2 oz. Whole Milk
- Mix together rice flour and 11/2 oz of milk and set aside.
- Bring milk, cream of coconut, spices to a boil. Remove spices.
- Whisk in rice flour and milk mixture and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Strain and cool over ice bath.
- Process in ice cream machine.
