- 1 1/4 cup cold milk
- 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp expresso powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch salt
- Place the cold milk in a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over and let stand for five minutes to soften the gelatin.
- Bring cream, sugar and espresso powder to a simmer in a medium sized pot.
- Add gelatin and stir to dissolve.
- Strain into serving bowls, cover and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
