Chef Lindell Smith has worked his way up to be the Executive Chef of one of the most well known restaurants and establishments in the entire island of Puerto Rico - La Concha Resort's immaculate restaurant “Perla.” Smith originally began working at Perla as a sous chef and is now at the helm of one of the most scenic and delicious food destinations in Puerto Rico. Smith graduated from the Culinary Institute of America where he honed his skills in New York. One of Chef Smith’s signature plates which he is well known for is sea bass and truffle risotto. Under the culinary guidance of Chef Lindell Smith, the future of La Concha and Perla Restaurant looks extremely bright.
