Chef Guillermo González is one of two Executive Chefs at OOF Inc., a conglomerate of six restaurants that also serves as a catering company. In 2005, González moved to Miami, Florida where he worked for various distinguished chefs such as Douglas Rodríguez, Michelle Bearsting and Guillermo Tellez. After six years of working, traveling and gaining valuable culinary experience, he decided to return back home to his island of Puerto Rico in order to create his own flavors at The Parrot Club and Toro Salao - where he currently works as the Executive Chef. González has been featured and has hosted television shows such as “Operación Chef” (cooking show), produced by Telemundo in Puerto Rico, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
